I cannot overstate how much I learnt from reading you post! Ive been kinda winging it turns out ( without the wing tips) and essentially making a vegetable stock! Can’t wait wait to. Try this for real — my stock will rise no doubt one question – how much broth does this yield?? 4 cups? 8 cups ?
