1. I cannot overstate how much I learnt from reading you post! Ive been kinda winging it turns out ( without the wing tips) and essentially making a vegetable stock! Can’t wait wait to. Try this for real — my stock will rise no doubt šŸ™‚ one question – how much broth does this yield?? 4 cups? 8 cups ?


  2. V. delayed response here — but close to 8 cups, depending on how long you let it simmer. Depending on how concentrated the taste, you can always dilute w a bit of water later.
